Pictimate

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 August 2026

These terms are between Pictimate and the business using it to quote work. If you are a homeowner who requested an estimate, the Privacy Policy is the page you want.

What the service does

Pictimate gives your customers an instant price range and an AI-generated preview of their space, and sends you the resulting enquiries. You configure your own rates, services, finishes and page.

Estimates are indicative

The prices shown are generated from the rates and rules you configure. They are estimates, not binding quotes, and the page says so to your customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing and for the final quote you give. AI-generated previews illustrate a finish; they are not a guarantee of the completed result.

Your content and your leads

Your logo, photos, pricing and copy remain yours. The enquiries your page generates are yours — you can export or delete them at any time, including after you stop using the service. You grant us permission to host and display that content for the purpose of running your page.

If we want to show your page as an example of our work, we will ask you first.

Customer data

Your customers' enquiries belong to you; we process them on your behalf and only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for contacting those customers lawfully, including under Canada's anti-spam legislation.

Fair use

Plans include a monthly allowance of AI previews and videos. We will tell you before you reach your limit, and previews pause rather than your page breaking. Use the service only for your own business, and do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Fees, trials and non-payment

Fees, trial length and any locked rate are whatever we agreed in writing with you. If a payment fails we will contact you and retry before doing anything else. If it stays unpaid, your page and embed are suspended — they will show a neutral message rather than an error, and your lead history stays available to you for at least 30 days.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third-party providers for hosting and AI generation. We do not promise any particular number of leads or jobs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and we will not charge you again after the current period. We can end the agreement for non-payment or misuse. On termination your page stops serving; export your leads first, or ask us and we will send them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
