For epoxy and floor coating contractors

An epoxy floor visualizer that shows a price range from your rates

Your customer uploads a photo of their garage and sees it in the flake, quartz or metallic finish they pick. Beside it they see a price range built from your rates. When they book, you get an email with their details, the range they saw and, if they made one, their photo and the preview.

Free to build. Run 15 previews on your own photos before you pay anything.

From the sample page, for a made-up company. An AI preview, not a photo of a finished job.

How it works

  1. 1

    They upload a photo.

On their phone, from the garage doorway. No app and no account. They can add up to three angles of the same space.

  2. 2

    They pick a finish.

Flake, quartz, metallic or solid colour, plus UV-stable for outdoor spaces if you offer it. In about 20 seconds they see their own floor in that finish, with a slider to compare it to the before. They can try other finishes on the same photo.

  3. 3

They get a price range and book.

They give the floor size and answer a few questions about the concrete: age, cracks, pitting, old coating, moisture, oil stains. The page shows a price range from your rates and says the final quote is confirmed on site. To book, they leave a name and a phone number or email.

What your customer sees

Every preview is made by AI from the customer's photo. It shows a finish, not a finished job.

What you get

Your own page

yourbusiness.pictimate.com, and pictimate.com/t/yourbusiness. Link it from your website, your Instagram bio or your Google Business profile.

On your website

Paste one line of code. Your site gets a "See your new floor" button that opens the visualizer over the page. Want it inside one of your pages instead? One extra setting does that; ask us and we'll send the line. Your site stays as it is.

Your own domain

Run it at an address like quote.yourbusiness.com, on the Company plan.

Your finishes

Pick from more than 400 flake, quartz, metallic, UV-stable and solid finishes, and show only the ones you carry. Flake, quartz, metallic and UV-stable previews are made with a photo of that product's swatch. Carry a blend we don't list? Add it from a photo of the sample and give it your own name.

Your rates

Set a low and a high rate per system. Add prep and repair charges, a minimum job, and extras like stairs, cove base, drains, moving contents and rush work. Tax follows your province or state, or you can set your own.

Your name on every preview

Your logo, or your business name, is set into the picture itself, so it stays on screenshots and forwarded emails. Want it bigger, or in the middle of the floor? Ask us and we'll change it.

Your leads

Each booking comes to you by email: name, contact, finish, the answers about the concrete, the line items and the range they saw, plus their photo and the preview when they made one. If they left an email, hitting reply goes straight to them. We never sell or share your leads.

Fair limits

Each visitor gets 3 free previews a day, and 12 a day once they leave their details. You can change both numbers, so one curious visitor can't burn through your allowance in an afternoon.

Questions contractors ask

Does the customer use their own photo?

Yes. They take it on their phone or pick one they already have. There's no app to download and no account to make. They can add up to three angles of the same space. Before they upload, they can try finishes on an example floor.

Is the picture exact?

No. It's an AI preview made from their photo. For catalogue flake, quartz, metallic and UV-stable finishes, the AI also gets a photo of that product's swatch. It shows how a finish could look on their floor, and it can get small details of the room wrong. It isn't a photo of a finished job, and it isn't a promise of the final result.

Will my rates be public?

There's no rate card on the page. Customers see a price range for the job they described, split into the items that make it up (the system, any prep or extras, and tax), with a note that the final quote is confirmed on site. Someone could divide the system line by the floor size, so set ranges you're happy to show. You set the low and high ends, so you decide how wide each range is.

Can I add it to the website I already have?

Yes. Paste one line of code into your site and it adds a "See your new floor" button that opens the visualizer over the page. If you'd rather have it inside one of your pages, one extra setting does that, and we'll send you the line. You also get yourbusiness.pictimate.com to link from Instagram or Google. On the Company plan it can run on your own domain.

Whose name is on the previews?

Yours. Your logo, or your business name if you have no logo, is set into the image itself, so it stays on screenshots and forwarded emails. If you'd like it bigger, or in the middle of the floor, ask us and we'll change it. Pictimate's mark is not on your customers' previews.

Which finishes can I offer?

Flake, quartz, metallic, UV-stable and solid colour. The library has more than 400 finishes, and you choose which ones show. Customers can also mix their own metallic or pick any solid colour. If you carry a blend we don't list, add it from a photo of the sample and name it yourself.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Build your page with your own rates and finishes, then run 15 previews on your own photos. You pay when you publish it. The $299 setup fee is waived until October 31.
