Pictimate

Everything a one-truck shop needs to sell like a franchise.

Your customer photographs their own garage and sees it with your floor poured in it, priced from your rates — on your website, before they ever ring you.

A real render from a real photo — the same one your customer would get. It's a visualisation, not a photograph of a finished job, and your page says so.

427 real products, not a colour picker.

Flake, quartz, metallic, UV-stable and solid — each one rendered from the manufacturer's own swatch photograph, so what your customer sees is the product you'd actually install. You choose which of them appear on your page.

This is what you actually buy.

Not a picture — an email, the moment they book. Their name and number, the photo of their floor, the finish they chose, everything they told you about the concrete, and the figure they were quoted.

Reply to it and it goes straight back to the customer. You already know the job before you pick up the phone, which is the difference between a lead and a name.

What your customer does

They photograph the floor
In the garage, on their phone, at eleven at night. No app, no signup.
They see it poured
Their own photo, with your finish on it, in about fifteen seconds.
They get a price
A range built from your rates, with the extras they picked and tax in it.

What you get

An email with the whole job
Their name, phone, the photo, the finish, the number they were quoted.
Your brand on the picture
Your logo is burned into every render, so it travels when they forward it.
Fewer wasted site visits
The ones who call have already seen a price. The tyre-kickers screen themselves.

It quotes the way you quote, or it's no use to you.

Rates per system, prep and repair charges, a minimum job, stairs, cove base, drains, moving contents, rush work, hard access — all yours to set. Nobody sees a rate card; they see a range for the job they described, and your page tells them you'll confirm it on site.

The questions we actually get asked

These are the ones contractors put to us on the phone, answered the same way here as there.

+Is this AI? Are you faking photos of my work?

Yes, it's AI, and your page says so. It takes the customer's own photo and re-coats the floor in the finish they picked. It's a visualisation, not a photograph of a job you've done — the same idea as a kitchen designer's 3D render, just faster.

+What if the customer holds me to the price on screen?

It's shown as a range, and the page tells them the final quote is confirmed with a free on-site visit. You set the low and the high, and every extra — stairs, cove base, crack repair, moving contents, rush work, hard access. Want a wider range so you're never boxed in? Make it wider.

+I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?

No. Keep it exactly as it is. This is a page you link a button to, or drop into your existing site with one line of code. On Pro it runs on your own domain, so it looks like part of your site.

+I don't want my rates public where competitors can see them.

Nobody sees a rate card. They see a total range for the job they described. If you'd rather quote high on the page and come down on site, that's yours to decide.

+My pricing changes with every job. Will this work?

That's why it asks about the concrete before it prices anything — age, cracks, pitting, existing coating, moisture, oil, whether the room is full. Those are what move the number, and each one has a cost you control. It won't replace your site visit; it stops you driving to the ones that were never going to book.

+Whose name is on the picture?

Yours. Your logo is burned into the pixels of every render, so when the customer screenshots it or forwards it to their partner, your brand goes with it. Ours doesn't appear on it at all.

+Do you take a cut of my jobs?

No. Flat monthly fee. Every lead and every dollar is yours — we never contact your customers to sell them anything, and we never sell your leads to anyone.

+What if I want out?

Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. You keep the month you've paid for. No contract, no notice period, nothing to argue about.

+What if I miss a payment?

Nothing dramatic. Your page keeps working normally for two weeks while the card is retried. After that the estimate and the enquiry form keep working — only picture generation pauses — and your customers are never told anything is wrong.

+How long does setup take, and do I need to be technical?

About ten minutes, and most of it is already filled in — rates come pre-loaded with real market figures so nothing is blank. There's nothing to install and no password: you sign in with a code we email you.

Your customers are already imagining it.

Let them see it — with your finishes, your prices, and your name on the picture.
