Each figure is one end of a range that one installer published. They are the lowest and the highest published figures, not an average, and the installers do not all mean the same floor area by the same size. Metallic floors cost more and are left out of these two tables. The sections below show every installer's price, the area it uses and what the price covers.
Prices as published on each source's own site, re-checked October 13, 2026. They change, and none of them is a quote. Pictimate is not affiliated with these businesses.

This is our national calculator. Enter a ZIP or postal code, pick a garage size or type your own square footage, and choose a finish. It gives a starting range, not a quote. It works from one range per finish, so it will not match any one installer in the tables on this page. It also has a page of its own: Epoxy garage floor cost calculator.

Textured, durable — the garage favourite
Installers count a 1-car garage as anything from 170 to 424 sq ft, so check the area behind a price before you compare it. A small floor also meets a minimum job charge more often than a large one, which the section on minimum charges explains.

This is the size most installers publish a price for. Across the installers below, a 2-car garage, also called a double garage, means anything from 350 to 600 sq ft. An installer pricing 350 sq ft and one pricing 600 are not pricing the same floor, so compare the area before the total.
Six installers in the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth areas publish a 2-car price, for floors of 400 to 576 sq ft. The lowest figure is $2,200, the bottom of Professional Garage Concepts' range for a sound slab of 400 to 550 sq ft. A 3-car garage runs from 600 to 900 sq ft across the installers below. Fewer installers publish a price for this size, and the ranges are wide because the floor area varies so much.
Four installers in the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth areas publish a 3-car price, for floors of 600 to 900 sq ft. The lowest figure is $3,600, the bottom of A1 Concrete Coatings' range for 600 to 850 sq ft. The highest is $11,700, the top of TORQ Coatings' range for 700 to 900 sq ft. TORQ says larger floors cost less per square foot: a 750 sq ft three-car garage might land at $8 per sq ft where a 250 sq ft one-car garage might hit $12.
| Installer | Floor area it uses | Published price | What it covers |

The next highest is $6,800, the top of Epoxy Experts' flake range for 700 to 850 sq ft. Epoxy Experts lists metallic at $7,000 to $12,750.

Some installers price a stated floor area. In US dollars, TORQ Coatings publishes $3,500 to $6,500 for 500 sq ft, and Integrity Concrete Coatings and Ace Garage Pros both price 440 sq ft, at $2,640 to $4,400 and $2,640 to $4,246.
In Canadian dollars, Priority One Epoxy Flooring lists its full flake floor at $2,125 to $2,875 for 250 sq ft, $3,400 to $4,600 for 400 sq ft and $5,100 to $6,900 for 600 sq ft. GLI Epoxy Flooring prices about 400 sq ft at $2,400 to $4,800, and M&M Floors prices 484 sq ft at $3,900 to $5,200.
For other areas, the installers in the two tables below publish a rate per square foot and price by floor area. The tables multiply that rate out for 400, 500 and 600 sq ft. The arithmetic is ours. Unless the note under the tables says the installer published the figure, it is our sum and not the installer's price for that size, and it leaves out repairs, steps and anything else a visit would add.
| Installer | Its published rate per sq ft | 400 sq ft | 500 sq ft | 600 sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Integrity Concrete CoatingsSycamore, ILPage dated Oct 2026 | $6 to $10 | $2,400 to $4,000 | $3,000 to $5,000 | $3,600 to $6,000 |
| Dallas Epoxy GuysDallas (based in Fate), TX | Flake, $5.50 to $7.00, with a $2,500 minimum up to 400 sq ft | $2,500 to $2,800 | $2,750 to $3,500 | $3,300 to $4,200 |
| Red Diamond EpoxyIrving, TX | Flake, $7 to $12, moisture vapor barrier included. It says garages usually land near the low end. | $2,800 to $4,800 | $3,500 to $6,000 | $4,200 to $7,200 |
| Installer | Its published rate per sq ft | 400 sq ft | 500 sq ft | 600 sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Epoxy ExpertsMetro Vancouver, BC | Flake, $6 to $8 | $2,400 to $3,200 | $3,000 to $4,000 | $3,600 to $4,800 |
| Wish CoatingsSurrey and the Lower Mainland, BCPage dated Aug 2026 | Flake, from $7 | From $2,800 | From $3,500 | From $4,200 |
| Priority One Epoxy FlooringRichmond and Metro Vancouver, BC | Full flake, $8.50 to $11.50 | $3,400 to $4,600 | $4,250 to $5,750 | $5,100 to $6,900 |
| WhitcreteEdmonton, AB | Polyaspartic flake: $7.50 up to 424 sq ft, $7 from 425 to 599, $6.95 from 600 to 849 | $3,000 | $3,500 | $4,170 |
In the Canadian-dollar table the installer publishes the figure itself in four places: Priority One's 400 and 600 sq ft prices, Wish Coatings' 400 sq ft starting price, and the $4,170 Whitcrete's calculator shows at 600 sq ft. In the US-dollar table, Dallas Epoxy Guys' 400 sq ft figure starts at its $2,500 minimum, because 400 sq ft at $5.50 comes to $2,200. Every other figure in both tables is our multiplication.
TORQ Coatings says the labor, equipment and mobilization for a 250 sq ft garage are the same as for a larger job. That is why some installers set a minimum charge, and why a small floor costs more per square foot. Dallas Epoxy Guys lists what even a small project needs: equipment, materials, travel, setup, grinding, cleanup and installation time.
Three of the installers on this page publish a minimum in dollars, and two more mention one without a figure. The per sq ft figures in the last column are our arithmetic from what each installer publishes.
| Installer | Published minimum | What it does to a 1-car garage |
|---|---|---|
| Dallas Epoxy GuysDallas (based in Fate), TX | $2,500 on residential floors of 0 to 400 sq ft | A 1-car flake floor pays the minimum. Our arithmetic: at its flake rate of $5.50 to $7.00, a 260 sq ft floor would come to $1,430 to $1,820, so the minimum puts it at about $9.62 per sq ft. |
| Ace Garage ProsGrapevine, TX | Floor coating starts at $1,850 | Its 1-car price of $1,850 for 260 sq ft is the minimum. Our arithmetic: its 2-car and 3-car low ends both work out to $6.00 per sq ft, which would be $1,560 for 260 sq ft. The minimum adds $290 and brings the floor to about $7.12 per sq ft. |
| Installer | Published minimum | What it does to a 1-car garage |
|---|---|---|
| M&M FloorsSherwood Park, AB | $1,800 minimum on-site charge, which it says covers a small single-car garage or workshop bay up to about 250 sq ft | Our arithmetic: $1,800 over 250 sq ft is $7.20 per sq ft, inside its published flake rate of $6.50 to $8.50. A smaller floor pays more per square foot, $9.00 at 200 sq ft. |
| Priority One Epoxy FlooringRichmond and Metro Vancouver, BC | Says smaller projects may be affected by a minimum charge; no figure given | Its 250 sq ft example, $2,125 to $2,875, is floor area times its rate. Ask whether the minimum changes it. |
| Garage BossEdmonton, AB | Sale prices from $5.99 per sq ft need a minimum square footage, which it does not state; its regular price is $6.95 | A 1-car garage may not qualify for the sale price. Ask before you count on it. |
Other installers build the same cost into the price for the size. In Canadian dollars, Epoxy Dudes lists $8 to $10 per sq ft for a 1-car garage against $7.50 to $10 for a 2-car, and Whitcrete's calculator charges $7.50 per sq ft for a single garage, $7 for a double and $6.95 for a triple. In US dollars, TORQ Coatings says a 250 sq ft one-car garage might hit $12 per sq ft while a 750 sq ft three-car garage might land at $8.
If your garage is a 1-car, ask each installer two things: whether a minimum applies, and what floor area the quote is based on.
As a check, Integrity's own examples are 12 by 22 ft (264 sq ft) for a one-car garage, 20 by 22 ft (440 sq ft) for a two-car and 30 by 22 ft (660 sq ft) for a three-car. M&M Floors and Epoxy Experts both use 22 by 22 ft (484 sq ft) for a two-car garage. Your installer measures the floor again before quoting: Integrity and Wish Coatings both say so.
In US dollars, six installers in the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth areas publish between $2,200 and $6,500 for a 2-car garage of 400 to 576 sq ft. In Canadian dollars, eight installers in the Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton areas publish between $2,400 and $5,500+ for 350 to 600 sq ft, with metallic floors higher. The floor area, the system and the condition of the slab decide where a garage lands.
In US dollars, four installers publish between $1,500 and $3,900 for a 1-car garage of 250 to 350 sq ft. In Canadian dollars, six installers publish from $1,400 to $3,040 for 170 to 424 sq ft, leaving out metallic floors. Small floors often pay a minimum job charge instead of a per sq ft rate: $2,500 at Dallas Epoxy Guys and $1,850 at Ace Garage Pros in US dollars, and $1,800 at M&M Floors in Canadian dollars.
In US dollars, four installers publish between $3,600 and $11,700 for a 3-car garage of 600 to 900 sq ft. In Canadian dollars, five installers publish between $4,000 and $8,500+ for 600 to 900 sq ft, leaving out metallic floors. The ranges are wide because a 3-car garage can be 600 sq ft or 900.
It depends on who you ask. The installers on this page price a 2-car garage at anything from 350 to 600 sq ft. Garage Floors 4 Less uses 350 to 425 sq ft, Integrity Concrete Coatings and Ace Garage Pros use 440, M&M Floors uses 484, TORQ Coatings uses 500, and Epoxy Experts and Wish Coatings go up to 600. Measure your own floor before you compare prices.
In US dollars, TORQ Coatings publishes $3,500 to $6,500 for 500 sq ft, and Integrity Concrete Coatings' rate of $6 to $10 per sq ft works out to $2,400 to $4,000 for 400 sq ft and $3,600 to $6,000 for 600 sq ft, which is our arithmetic. In Canadian dollars, Priority One Epoxy Flooring publishes $3,400 to $4,600 for 400 sq ft and $5,100 to $6,900 for 600 sq ft of full flake.
A double garage is a 2-car garage, so the 2-car prices on this page apply. In Canadian dollars, Whitcrete counts 425 to 599 sq ft as a double garage and charges $7 per sq ft, which its calculator shows as $2,975 for 425 sq ft. In US dollars, installers use 400 to 576 sq ft for the same size and publish $2,200 to $6,500.
TORQ Coatings says the labor, equipment and mobilization are the same for a small garage as for a larger job. Some installers publish a minimum charge for that reason, and others publish a higher rate for a small garage. In US dollars, Ace Garage Pros' 1-car price of $1,850 for 260 sq ft is its minimum, which is about $7.12 per sq ft against $6.00 for its 2-car garage. Those two per sq ft figures are our arithmetic.
